Appraisal Technology Company Mitigates Cyber and Compliance Risk Using TruOps

A modern appraisal technology company and new TruOps client has taken advantage of the full suite of TruOps modules (excluding tenant services). The company’s objective was to create a comprehensive audit program that maximized TruOps’ automation and minimized manual effort. TruOps initially focused on importing SOC2 compliance data and integration with their Okta identity management platform. Additionally, TruOps was used to create a comprehensive risk management process that enabled mapping between risks, issues, findings, and controls for the client.
