Require customer IT involvement for connectivity and configuration
Token based authentication may require additional involvement effort

New Connectors
Connectors that are not currently available within TruOps
May require new development, testing and integration
Can take 2-8 weeks to complete depending on complexity and availability of customer data. Timeline begins when customer data feed is validated

May have dependency on other Connectors in which case all Connector requests must be delivered together
